Seasonal Program: Tailored to your property and your needs.

Seasonal Package to Include:

• Spring Clean Up: Remove leaves and debris out of beds. Sweep sand off edges of lawn areas. Dethatch lawn. Prune out winter damage on trees and shrubs.
• Fall Clean Up: Remove leaves, branches and debris from lawns and beds. Cut back perennials if needed. Final Lawn mowing. Dispose of debris off site.
• Parking Lot Sweeping: Includes removing winter accumulation of sand & debris.
• Irrigation Start Up: Reprogram controllers, Turn on water feed to system. Visually inspect system for broken heads, leaks, or any other winter damage. (Note: repairs to be billed as time & materials)
• Irrigation Winterization: Turn off water feed. Evacuate all water from lines. Set controller to sleep mode.
• Weekly Lawn Mowing: Our professional lawn care staff is highly trained to exceed your lawn care needs. Weekly mowing includes removing all litter & debris prior to mowing, bagging if necessary, string trimming, and blowing of all grass clippings from walkways and paved areas.
• Lawn Care Programs: Include environmentally friendly applications of fertilizer, and weed control. Also includes surface insect control. The result is a lush green lawn. Please see attached brochure.
• Bark Mulching: Remove old bark mulch if needed, turn over existing mulch, weed and edge beds and install a new coating of bark mulch.
• Bed Maintenance: Apply pre emergent weed control and round up as needed. Hand weeding available as needed.
• Pruning of trees and shrubs: (one time per season). Provide seasonal pruning of trees and shrubs as needed depending on variety, damage and condition.
• Annual Flowers: (Optional) Flowers dress up your entrance & increase your curb appeal. Spring Pansies, Summer annuals, and Fall Mums are all available. Fall Bulb planting also available.
